Return to the Office
Whilst the easing of lockdown has been pushed back a month from the 21st of June 2021, we have seen a noticeable rise in enquiries about the return to the office and what might be different and how employers can find ways to support their team through this transition.
These are just a few of the speakers we work with that might be able to help and provide advice and support for you and your teams as we move forward to a new way of working. We have also included a few speakers who offer different insights into the return to the office – including how to maintain a culture of innovation and even how fashion may have changed in post-lockdown.

Her online talks include – Solo But Not Alone OR It’s Not Magic, It’s Mindset
There aren’t many people in the world who have spent more than 100 days totally alone, and there are probably even fewer who could say that they thrived during those 100 days. Debra Searle MBE spent 3.5 months rowing the Atlantic solo after her rowing partner developed a crippling phobia of open ocean and had to be rescued from their tiny plywood boat. Those 3.5 months came to be life-defining as Debra had to quickly develop strategies to help her to overcome both the physical challenges and the unimaginable loneliness that she faced. In these unprecedented times of change and remote working, Debra has created virtual training for your team which will:
- Help them to stay sane, positive, and moving towards the goal
- Give them some personal tools to help them stay resilient
- Help them to craft a new way of being and working
- Encourage them to commit to some personal actions that will help them manage the situation positively

“CTRL – ALT- DEL”
The Digital Revolution has already changed the way we work and communicate with our clients, but the future of the workplace has faced further challenges with the impact of COVID-19. In this presentation, James Poulter looks at how you can continue to build a culture of innovation and what will need to change for companies to evolve to the new ways of working. Using some real-life examples from his time at Lego, Edelman, and Ogilvy, James looks at what new controls (CTRL) will need to be in place to allow a return to work. What will need to be altered (ALT) to allow your team to innovate, work together and still maybe work from home with a new work/life balance – and what will need to deleted (DEL) from previous ways of working. There is no choice now to innovate – innovation is essential to survive.

Whilst Rob is an inspirational story to tell, he can also give you his own insight into how Gandys has adapted during the pandemic, moving more online, and how they planned for their return to the office.
