NEW SPEAKERS

We are delighted to welcome some new speakers to the website

Andrew Pain is a TEDx / Keynote speaker, inspiring meaningful change and delivering practical strategies on critical aspects of leadership development, including; decision-making under pressure, burnout, effective delegation, time management, and personal performance.

Andrew’s journey to speaker and coaching began 15 years ago, when stuck in a violent and abusive marriage, with no ambitions of his own and a chronic worrier, he set about taking control of his life and transforming his future. Now an accredited leadership coach and speaker, Andrew is serving business leaders, enabling people to get more done, but without getting busier or burnt out. Hayley Mulenda is a Multi-Award Winning International Speaker, Author, and Change Agent who has spoken to thousands of people across the world sharing her story on how she turned her pain to purpose.

In under 4 years, Hayley has had the opportunity to share her story drawing from her own experiences, which has resonated with over 40,000 people as she has spoken on some of the world’s greatest stages from The Houses of Parliament to Wembley Arena to Oslo Spektrum as well as working with some of the world’s leading firms running seminars, workshops, and keynote presentations. Hayley specialises in delivering unforgettable and powerful keynotes that show that trials don’t happen to you, they can happen for you. Gemma Sheppard is one of the UK’s leading fashion and lifestyle stylists and speakers and recently appeared in the new series of Channel 5’s hit makeover programme 10 Years Younger in 10 Days.

Gemma’s career began at Tiffany & Co under the realm of Rosa Monckton MBE, which led to a director role at Boucheron (Gucci Group) and exciting projects with top fashion names including Tom Ford, Alexander McQueen, Isabella Blow, Sam Taylor-Johnson, Daphne Guinness and Stella McCartney. Gemma runs a successful style consultancy, SheppardStyle, and over the years has established a portfolio of high-profile clients in music and television. She became lead stylist on The X Factor in 2014, the following year joined Britain’s Got Talent in the same role, and, for many years, worked on ITV’s Dancing On Ice. She is currently working as the Global Creative Fashion Director for Universal Music’s family brand Kidz Bop.

Whilst understandable, given the governments announcement, Confex has been delayed to the 1st and 2nd September from June this year, it is still disappointing the events industry will not be able to meet up at one of its flagship events.
