Workshops and Keynotes

The Meltdown (workshop)
A lot of leaders claim to work well under pressure… but what really happens when the heat’s turned up?

The Meltdown is an escape-room-style challenge designed to place teams under pressure so we can watch what really happens when the stakes rise. It’s fast, fun, a little chaotic – and an incredibly accurate mirror of real workplace dynamics.

What it reveals
• How each leader responds to high pressure and stress
• Communication patterns under pressure
• Decision-making when the clock is ticking
• Collaboration and conflict habits
• How psychological safety holds or fractures
• Where control, avoidance or people-pleasing take over

And crucially:
• Each participant receives a behavioural stress profile, identifying their dominant stress style
• Insight into how their behaviour impacts team performance under pressure
• A clear understanding of the patterns they default to and how to shift them
• A shared team stress map showing collective risk points and strengths

This is behavioural profiling based on what actually happens in the moment, when pressure is real, stakes feel high, and instinct takes over.

How it works:

Meltdown Part 1: The Challenge
A rising-pressure challenge that exposes team dynamics and individual habits faster than any interview or 360.
Meltdown Part 2 : The Debrief
Facilitated reflection that strips away excuses and reveals the patterns driving behaviour.
Meltdown Part 3 Real World Application:
We map everything back to your business – leadership bottlenecks, stress cycles, trust fractures and execution challenges.
Time 1.5 hrs minimum – 3 hours (this can be turned into a full day workshop)

The 6 Stages of Burnout (keynote)
Burnout isn’t the moment someone breaks. It’s the journey before it. By the time performance drops or someone resigns, the damage has already been compounding for months. This talk provides clear, human explanation of how burnout develops, and how to prevent it before people hit crisis point.

Leaders and teams learn to spot early signs, interrupt the cycle, and build cultures where high performance doesn’t come at a personal cost. What leaders/teams learn –

  • The six predictable stages burnout moves through
  • The behavioural shifts that signal each stage
  • How stress patterns escalate
  • Practical prevention

For leaders, it’s about spotting the early signs, interrupting the pattern, and creating the conditions where high performers can sustain performance, without burning out.

How to ACTUALLY Work Well Under Pressure (Keynote)
