Mindfulness Speakers

Mindfulness Speakers

Mindfulness is the human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental well-being.

Mindfulness-based therapies are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a way to treat less severe depression

We work with a few speakers that cover mindfulness in their presentations so if you looking for a speaker on the subject these are a few to bear in mind
