Alison Edgar MBE is an expert in improving performance inside organisations. In her new TEDX talk, she highlights how we navigate the innate fear of change, or metathesiophobia, and its impact on decision-making. She discusses how jumping into the change can lead to success, and the devastating impact reluctance to change can have. 

Founder of Self Leadership International, Andrew Bryant has been helping individuals and organizations to take greater ownership, responsibility, and accountability for nearly 25 years.

His 2012 book ‘Self Leadership: How to Become A More Successful Efficient, and Effective Leader from the Inside Out (McGraw-Hill)’ has been cited in over 140 research papers and Ph.D. dissertations.  Andrew recently featured on the cover of Sovereign Magazine for his work on self-leadership. 


Congratulations to Terence Mauri for being honoured with a 2024 Global Recognition Award by Business Insider Magazine. The award is for his influential contributions and insights that challenge conventional thinking. 

Terence Mauri is the Founder of Hack Future Lab, a global think tank, #1 Bestselling Author, and one of the most in-demand disruption thinkers and speakers in the world. 

And congratulations too to Lurata Lyon who was the recipient of the Human Rights Award at the Inspiration Awards for Women in March 2024. 

Lurata Lyon is a motivational speaker, public speaking, and presentation coach. At 17 years of age, Lurata fell victim to kidnap by Human Trafficking and Organ Harvesting gang during the split of former Yugoslavia. She was kept in a dark small room, locked up for 6 months in solitary confinement abused, beaten, and fearing for her life. 

After finally, eventually getting rescued, Lurata was brought to the UK as a political refugee and is now an international public speaking and presentation skills coach and motivational speaker.
