These enquiries have varied from being more confident in terms of presenting in front of other people, to having more self-confidence and belief in your own ability and on body confidence.

Esther began her media career in television and worked at the BBC for 20 years. An experienced “Live” BBC producer, Esther has worked with many Hollywood stars and ‘Big’ names and personalities and interviewed 4920 celebrities since starting out as a radio reporter 25 years ago. Sophie Bennett is a visiting lecturer at the Cranfield School of Management a grand prix dressage rider and former national equestrian champion, a best-selling author, and was Head of Content for the global computer giant, Dell. Lurata Lyon is a motivational speaker, public speaking, and presentation coach. At 17 years of age, Lurata fell victim of kidnap by Human Trafficking and Organ Harvesting gang during the split of former Yugoslavia. She was kept in a dark small room, locked up for 6 months in solitary confinement abused, beaten, and fearing for her life.

After finally, eventually getting rescued, Lurata was brought to the UK as a political refugee and is now an international public speaking and presentation skills coach and motivational speaker. Through her coaching business, Lurata helps audiences explore how they can make better connections in their professional life and their personal life, how to overcome their obstacles so they are happier, and how to be more positive and have better outcomes.


Oli France is an adventurer and professional expedition leader and inspirational speaker on leadership and confidence.

For over a decade, Oli’s adventures have taken him through deserts, jungles, mountains, and war-torn regions. He has faced spies, interrogators, minefields, and arrest, along with avalanches, earthquakes, meningitis, and severe dehydration, all while attempting to complete challenging journeys in remote corners of the world, alone or while leading a team. Jono Lancaster is an inspirational speaker on equality and mental health. Jono Lancaster was born with Treacher-Collins syndrome, that causes facial differences. Treacher Collins syndrome is said to affect 1 in 50,000 people.

With a driving determination and the help of others Jono Lancaster has learned to control the anxiety he felt in his younger years to become a well-respected author, presenter, and public speaker. He is now more comfortable in himself and uses his experience and story to influence others and make facial differences more widely accepted.
