Justin has recently sent us an update on his talks can be found on his webpage 

Erica Farmer is the founder of the Quantum Rise Talent Group and keynote speaker on digital learning, the future of work, and mental toughness. A successful female founder, speaker, and consultant, with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact learning and development solutions Erica has worked with some of the UK’s largest brands, such as LV=, British Gas, Specsavers, and Virgin.

OTHER NEWS 

Sally Orange MBE is a Former British Army Major, multi-record-breaking adventure athlete, passionate mental health campaigner and inspirational speaker. When she’s not undertaking record-breaking endurance achievements (often dressed in thoughtfully chosen costumes to raise a smile and start conversations around mental health), Sally is the focus of inspirational speaking engagements. 

In 2023, Sally took her passion for running and quest to change the conversation on mental ill health quite literally all around the world, by completing the World Marathon Challenge. This saw her successfully complete 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days, raising funds and awareness for 7 fantastic charities.

In 2024 & 2025, Sally plans to continue her mission by taking her message to the TOP of the world; twice!

In 2024 she is embarking on the Everest Marathon is officially the highest marathon in the world. And in 2025 she plans to take on the North Pole Marathon. A logistical and physical challenge. Traveling first to Svalbard and then onto the ice-ocean that is the North Pole, in temperatures dropping down to -50 Degrees. Sally will run on an ice sheet some 6 – 12 feet thick above 12,000 feet of Arctic Ocean on the top of the world.

The charities she will be supporting are The Samaritans and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
