Chris Britton is a forward thinking thought leader, author and speaker on appreciation and empathy.

For the past 15 years, Chris has used his empathy first approach to humanity to drive positive change and high performance in organisations including Virgin, Vodafone, River Island and Reward Gateway. Chris’s passion for seeing people for who they are, not just what they can do has led to him to inspiring audiences across the world with a mix a groundbreaking research, personal story telling, humour and practical next steps. He has recently sent us a new showreel 

Dr Alison Edgar MBE is a transformational business speaker and author who has spent over three decades leading and excelling across global organisations. Her corporate career placed her inside a company that once dominated its industry worldwide, where she witnessed firsthand how resisting change in emerging markets triggered a cataclysmic decline. This experience shaped her mission to understand what drives high-performing teams and future-ready leaders — and how organisations can build cultures where people take ownership, accountability, and deliver exceptional results.

Alison recently appeared on the Apprentice Unfinished Business Show on BBC and can viewed on the BBC IPlayer

Katie Maycock is a Burnout Specialist and Speaker. She specialises in talking about the impact that stress has on the body and mind and how it can reduce productivity, mental clarity and how it’s limiting people. Katie works with Type A corporate professionals, such as CEO’s, Directors, Sales Professional and Entrepreneurs to help them regain control of their health as well as overcoming and preventing burnout. Katie has updated us on her new workshop-

The Meltdown (workshop)
A lot of leaders claim to work well under pressure… but what really happens when the heat’s turned up? NEW BOOK

Founder of Self Leadership International (1999), Andrew Bryant is a Keynote Speaker and leadership coach, and the author of five books on self-leadership, leadership, and human potential.

He is recognised as a Global Authority on Self-leadership. He is referenced in over 200 pages and Ph.D. dissertations on the topic, but is best known for his edgy and humorous insights on life and business. His new book “POTENTIAL-IZE – How Leaders Unlock Potential In the Age of AI” was published by Wiley in January.

NEW SPEAKER

We are delighted to welcome Viola De Girolami to the website

Viola De Girolami is a keynote speaker, founder, and former marketing executive at Warner Bros., McDonald’s and Carphone Warehouse, bringing over 15 years of corporate experience driving large-scale transformation. Her work focuses on helping leaders and organisations navigate complex transitions, and understand the human and organisational dynamics that determine whether change succeeds or fails.

At Warner Bros., Viola served as Executive Director of Digital Marketing & Data, building the studio’s digital and data capability from the ground up and leading one of its most significant transformations. Her work reshaped how global cultural phenomena, such as Dunkirk, Joker, and Barbie, were brought to audiences while advising the leadership team on major strategic initiatives.

Earlier in her career at McDonald’s, she worked during a defining period of brand reinvention following the reputational crisis triggered by the documentary Super Size Me. She experienced first-hand how one of the world’s most iconic brands pivoted under pressure and rebuilt relevance in a rapidly changing market. At Carphone Warehouse, she was also involved in large-scale digital and customer transformation during a period of industry shift.

And lastly, April marks Scamp Speakers 7th Anniversary.
