As we enter the 4th month of the year we are delighted to have added a few additional speakers to our website. These include –

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

ALLISTER FROST

Allister Frost is speaker on a mission to rescue one million working lives from the complacency of the “comfort zone” and the exhaustion of change fatigue. A world-leading thinker on the Future-Ready Mindset, Allister helps professionals stay energised for work and excited to create the future they deserve.

With over 30 years of business leadership experience, Allister has navigated the highs and lows of the transformation rollercoaster. He famously served as Microsoft’s first-ever Head of Digital Marketing Strategy, where he managed global product launches for iconic brands including Windows and Office. This unique perspective at the intersection of human behaviour and technological evolution led him to develop the Future-Ready Mindset—a continuous, proactive process of adaptation and improvement.

Allister argues that while predicting the future is a guessing game, Future-Readying is a discipline. He deconstructs the myth of “future-proofing” to reveal a more powerful reality: a mindset of continuous readiness that replaces “threat-rigidity” with collective enthusiasm for change.

MITCH HUTCHCRAFT

Mitch Hutchcraft is a former Royal Marine Commando, speaker and author and multiple world record breaking adventurer and endurance athlete, including the longest climb of Mt Everest in history. He is also a Mental health and wildlife conservation ambassador.

Shortly after leaving the Royal Marines in April 2021, he was asked by a friend how he would feel about rowing 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. ‘Sound fun’ was the immediate response and after a whirlwind 8 months he found myself rowing across an Ocean with 3 incredible guys.

Some of his other challenges include –

• Completing the longest climb of Mt Everest in history (13,157 km by human power)
• First-ever triathlon to the top of the world
• Cycled 3,000 miles solo across the USA
• First and only person to run from the lowest to the highest point in the UK ( 16 back-to-back ultramarathons)
• ‘’Peak & Pond” Challenge – completing Everest + English Channel swim within 12 months (Only person in history)
• Completed an Ironman pulling my 33kg golden retriever

EM STROUD

Em Stroud is the Comic Coach and is a keynote speaker on the Secret to Happier Teams and Building Teams that Actually enjoy working together. Em has spent 20 years in business and in comedy. She has worked with business leaders and their teams helping them create more impact in their businesses and life. Working with clients such as Bloomburg, Airbus and Barclays.

Em has performed theatre and comedy shows across the UK and her new one woman show “The Em Show Tales from a Little Laughing Lesbian” will be tour across the UK in 2025 and OZ in 2026.

A two time TEDx speaker (one as a banana!), Em’s first book: Lessons from A Clown is a number one best seller and her podcast The Comic Coach Podcast is streamed worldwide. Her second book Pizza Life will be out in 2026.

Em has two successful podcasts Clowning Around and the recently launched Comic Coach Podcast.
