Speaking Topics for 2025
As we enter 2025, we wanted to share our thoughts on what we expect could be some of the more popular speaking topics for the year ahead.
While we continue to receive a wide variety of enquiries about different subjects, we have seen either a steady rise in enquiries for these topics or a general level of consistency for them.
Resilience in the Workplace
Resilience has been a significant word that has come up in the enquiries we get and whilst we still get asked for speakers to talk on their own personal journey of resilience, there seems to have been a shift to more workplace resilience and creating a culture of resilience within organisations and in some ways re-inventing resilience. Speakers such as James Peach and Bruce Daisley are just two examples of speakers offering a business insight into resilience.
AI/Chat GPT & Technology
A continuously popular subject for the last few years but with the growth of CHATGPT and new technologies coming through the demands for tech speakers have remained constant. Speakers such as James Poulter, Sina Kahen, and Erica Farmer have spoken on the subject in the last year for us.
Retaining Talent & Multigenerational Workplaces
A multi-generational workforce is a workplace where employees come from different generations and all work together. With people living and working longer there could be up to 5 generations working in one workplace today, including the Silent Generation, Baby Bloomers, Millennials, and Generations X and Z. Speakers such as Dr Paul Redmond, Alex Atherton, and Cally Beaton all offer their insights into multigenerational workplaces.
Wellbeing
Whilst we continue to get enquiries for mental health-related speakers there seems to have been more of a shift towards general wellbeing/avoiding burnout and work-life balance and how to better look after yourself. Either through having a positive mindset or through better practices such as exercise/nutrition. Speakers such as Katie Maycock, Anthony Bennett, Marc Convey, and Dan Reed offer their insights into better wellbeing and work/life balance.
Culture & Values
You could argue this can tie in with some of the other subjects above but we have now received a number of enquiries around culture and values and how to create a good culture that works and what constitutes a high-performing team with reference to values and loyalty. Mandy Hickson, Dan Edwards, Will Greenwood, and Richard Gerver cover the importance of building a good culture within organisations
These are of course just a few areas we get enquiries on so as always if we can help with any enquiry at all please drop us a line at enquiries@scampspeakers.co.uk
