Back in 2014 the journey started as he spiralled down onto a ‘Rollercoaster Ride’ that he couldn’t get off. For various reasons this led to him be firmly ‘Stuck in a Rut’ and in 2020 had incredibly dark thoughts, what he should do… end it all? Realisation then hit that something had to change in his life… Was it work? Was it personal? Was it both?
