James Peach is a Performance and Reinventing Resilience Expert, CALM ambassador, and acclaimed Keynote Speaker who has previously worked for Uber, Vinted, and Innocent Drinks. Known as ‘the resilience guy”, James Peach reinvents what genuine ‘high performance’, leadership, and resilience means in the modern world.

James advises and mentors businesses from seed to sale, and will soon launch his first book “Mattering to People; How to Build an Interesting Business and a Powerful Brand”.
Dr Paul Redmond is an author, keynote speaker, and employment guru, and is one of the UK’s leading experts on generational change and the future of work. As an in-demand speaker, each year Paul presents at numerous conferences and events worldwide, helping organisations and professionals acquire the skills and knowledge to thrive in today’s multi-generational workplace.
Paul writes regularly for national newspapers and other publications and is a frequent guest on radio and TV programmes, appearing regularly on the BBC and independent current affairs shows.
Ben Towers is an inspirational business speaker, Founder of Happl, and one of ‘the most influential entrepreneurs on the planet’ whilst still only being 25 years old. He started in business at age 11 and has since successfully exited his marketing agency, invested in disruptive start-ups, and advised Governments & PLCs.
Ben is now the Founder of Happl – an employee engagement platform managing benefits, recognition, and rewards for start-ups across the world. He was one of the youngest founders to get investment from Y-Combinator at the start of 2022.
