NEW TALKS

The Gift of Adversity – What if the hardest thing you’ve ever faced held the key to your strength? What if the story you’ve been running from… could become the story that changes everything? In this powerful and uplifting keynote, Marc Convey shares the lessons he learned from surviving a life-changing fire as a teenager — and how adversity became his greatest teacher. But this isn’t just a talk about resilience. It’s an invitation to look at your own life differently. Marc introduces The Gift of Adversity philosophy: a practical and heartfelt approach to reframing past experiences, navigating change in the present, and building resilience for whatever’s ahead. He invites the audience to reflect, laugh, and find meaning in their own stories — while learning tools that foster personal growth, team connection, and high performance.

The Disruptors Edge – How to discover and harness startup innovation from the very first meeting, without a dedicated innovation team or a big budget – Many corporates want to tap into the energy & creativity of startups, but often don’t know where to start or what to expect from the partnership, making the process feel daunting. This uncertainty fuels the myth that meaningful collaboration or true innovation is only for Silicon Valley giants or companies with huge budgets. That’s why Ken brings you “The Disruptor’s Edge”. A value packed talk that will guide you in harnessing the disruptive advantage that startup partnerships deliver. With 10+ years facilitating collaborations with P&G, Haleon & Mercedes, Ken shows how to break corporate inertia using agile pilots & practical techniques, even without a dedicated innovation team or huge investment. With his trademark warmth, humour & no-nonsense approach, Ken inspires even the most complex corporations to unlock real results from startup partnerships, proving that innovation isn’t something you prepare for, it’s something you do, starting today.

Cracking the Connection Code – Happier Teams for Better Business – When people stop feeling seen, they start to switch off. Teams disengage, customer service turns robotic and hitting sales targets becomes draining, not driving. In Cracking the Connection Code, Jackie lifts the lid on why connection in business isn’t just a nice-to-have, but the missing link to happier people, collaborative teams and improved results. Through gripping stories, science and real-world leadership insights, she’ll show how moments of human connection can reignite team culture, unlock performance, and become the USP that helps your business truly stand out.
You’ll laugh, reflect and be on your feet talking. You’ll leave with notepads full of ideas and memories that last far beyond Monday. Importantly you’ll transform how your teams work and how they feel while doing it.
The Heart of the Matter – the human-centred advantage in a high-tech world –In a world dominated by automation, analytics and AI, it’s never been more crucial for leaders to lead with heart as well as head. While digital innovation drives efficiency, it’s human connection that drives engagement, trust and performance. Human-centred leadership isn’t about being soft, it’s about being smart. It’s about recognising that behind every productivity stat is a person with a story. One that, when understood, can promote loyalty, innovation and resilience.
In The Heart of the Matter, Jackie explores how leaders can navigate business challenges while staying grounded in what matters most: people. Drawing on her lived experience, global research, and professional expertise, Jackie combines heartfelt storytelling with practical tools to help you create workplaces where humanity and high performance go hand in hand.
