Relentless by Chris Lovett
Our July Book of the Month is “Relentless: The Power of Doing Less in a Workplace that Demands More” by TedX speaker, executive coach and the UK’s Minimalist thought leader, Chris Lovett.
In a world where work is literally killing us, Relentless exposes the deadly truth of modern workplace culture. With 88% of UK employees experiencing some level of burnout and 745,000 annual global deaths linked to overwork, this book is a life-saving intervention. It challenges everything we know about success and productivity, not just offering a revolutionary blueprint for survival, but giving professionals the opportunity to achieve more, by doing less.
Richard Gerver New Website
Richard Gerver works with the world’s most demanding organisations on the problem that nobody else is solving: how to give your people back the curiosity, courage, and creativity their education and their industry trained out of them.
Richard Gerver came to prominence when, as a headteacher he turned around a failing school in the UK in under two years. He has recently updated his website with more details on his three keynotes — Reawaken Curiosity, Reawaken Change, and Reawaken Simplicity — each anchored in a book and each built around the same operating principle: your people already have what you need. The work is to give it back to them. www.richardgerver.com but more info can be found below on the three topics.
The Power of Comedy
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to have booked a lot of comedians to deliver stand up sets at awards dinners and conference dinners. However we also work with a number of speakers from the comedy world who deliver more motivational/business talks all around the power of comedy and what you can learn from comedy and use in the corporate world.
With the Edinburgh Festival coming soon, these a just a few of those speakers if you looking for something both entertaining and inspiring.

Bringing Your Team With You
One request that has come up for enquiries is “we are looking for a speaker who can cover Bringing Your Team with You.”
It could be that the organisation in question is going through a period of change (or merging with another company), or looking to create a better performing team.
Bringing your team with you requires building trust, fostering open communication, and aligning individual goals with a shared vision. These are just a few speakers we work with that share their insights into bringing teams together.
Sally Orange Speaker Focus
Sally Orange MBE is an endurance runner, adventure athlete & mental health campaigner. She is the only person on the planet to complete a marathon on every continent in fancy dress (as different pieces of fruit!), which gives you a flavour of her colourful personality.
I first worked with Sally back in 2023 and since then she has spoken for us for a number of clients from schools, public sector clients and corporate clients and is always a joy to work with.
She very kindly took some time out to answer some questions for a speaker focus series.
June 2026 Speaker News
This is our June 2026 speaker news round up this month featuring feedback on Adam Pearson, Mark Foster, and Matt Ellison; we welcome Elly Chapple and Hardeep Dhanjal to the website; we have new showreel from Adrian Webster, Derrick Mcmanus and Dominic Colenso and have new on a new book by Andrew Pain.
Diagnosis Human by Elly Chapple
Our book of the month for June is “Diagnosis: Human: It’s Time to Flip The Narrative and Rewrite the Human Story”, by Elly Chapple – a Human First Catalyst, TEDx speaker, author and founder of the #FlipTheNarrative movement.
Diagnosis: Human is part memoir, part manifesto, and entirely necessary. It challenges the systems, stories and labels that reduce us – and invites us back to something truer, something we have always known but somehow forgotten.
This is not a book about disability. It is not a book about diversity and inclusion. It is a book about being human – a label every single one of us shares. It asks us to stop performing, stop categorising, and start meeting each other in the messy, magnificent middle where real connection lives.
