No stranger to the media, Phil writes extensively for business magazines, frequently contributes to BBC Radio, and has appeared on prime-time TV. Phil has sent us updated details on his talk

We are delighted to welcome Charlie Martin, Seb Sheppard and Michelle Mills-Porter to the website

Charlie Martin is a racing driver and LGBTQ+ activist and inspirational speaker. Her mission is to make LGBTQ+ history by racing and winning at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the oldest and most iconic endurance race in the World.

Since transitioning mid way through her career, she has overcome huge adversity and uses her unique lens as a trans woman in a male dominated sport to help organisations increase belonging and teamwork to enhance performance

With over 20 years of experience leading at the intersection of technology and human performance, Sebastian (Seb) Sheppard is a senior leader and inspirational speaker who operated in the world’s most competitive technical environment: Formula 1.

A specialist in driving cultural transformation and navigating complex change, Seb has built a career on the principle that world-class performance is achieved not just through technical expertise, but by empowering and motivating people.

Michelle Mills-Porter is a globally respected keynote speaker and behavioural strategist who helps organisations unlock the power of human connection to drive performance, trust and culture.

Dubbed ‘The Mighty Motivator’ by Chris Evans, Rob Hosking is an international TEDx motivational speaker and former front-line Police Officer, renowned for his ability to inspire teams and leaders to adapt in fast-changing, high-pressure environments. Rob has kindly sent us a new showreel 

Paul Tolley is a former RAF fast jet pilot and Big 4 management consultant, and currently an elite performance coach working with professional cricket teams, and is a speaker on high performance and mental health. Paul has also sent us a new update showreel
