Lunch and Learn Speakers

Typically, a “lunch and learn” is a workplace session during lunch where employees eat and learn and hear from a speaker on a specific topic. Usually, a very informal setting, the sessions can cover job-related skills, or personal development like wellness and mental health.

A former journalist and TV Producer for over 17-years at Sky Sports, Anna Allerton is a creative storyteller. She tells a powerful story of own experience of perimenopause derailing her career at the age of 38 and her passion behind founding a purpose-led business now.
Through Allerton Coaching, Anna is supporting women to thrive in their careers during their menopause and is driving institutional workplace change by helping break down stigmas by helping employers build a culture of support and empowerment for women.
