Lunch and Learn Speakers

Are you looking for plan a “Lunch and Learn” event or could be something you may wish to introduce into your organisation?

Typically, a “lunch and learn” is a workplace session during lunch where employees eat and learn and hear from a speaker on a specific topic. Usually, a very informal setting, the sessions can cover job-related skills, or personal development like wellness and mental health.

ANNA ALLERTON

Anna Allerton is a leading Business Consultant and Executive Coach and speaker who specialises in workplace transformation, culture change and retention of female talent in the workplace – with a specification in the Menopause.

Through Allerton Coaching, Anna is supporting women to thrive in their careers during their menopause and is driving institutional workplace change by helping break down stigmas by helping employers build a culture of support and empowerment for women. Trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching, Anna runs a number of coaching workshops designed to open up the conversation about menopause in the workplace.

KATIE MAYCOCK

Katie Maycock is a Burnout Specialist and Speaker. She specialises in talking about the impact that stress has on the body and mind and how it can reduce productivity, mental clarity and how it’s limiting people.

Katie works with Type A corporate professionals, such as CEO’s, Directors, Sales Professional and Entrepreneurs to help them regain control of their health as well as overcoming and preventing burnout.

With a focus on physical health, mindset and business structure, Katie works with people ensuring they can work at their peak.

Emma has over 66,000 followers on Instagram where she shares aspects of the incredible journey she’s been on as a long term cancer survivor, single mum of teenage triplets and so much more. She is known for her honesty, vulnerability and open hearted approach to life and passionately believes that we all have limitless potential despite the challenges we may face. She offers hope to thousands of women in the breast cancer community who are all at different points in their cancer experiences and has learnt to celebrate a body that has been through so much whilst excepting that she will remain on cancer treatment for life.

Emma’s first book ‘All That Followed – a story of cancer, kids and the fear of leaving too soon ’was published by Mirror Books in October 2018
