We are delighted to have added Geffrye Parsons and Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee to the website

Geffrye Parsons is an inspirational speaker and Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, which provides consulting, advisory, training and keynote speaking services oriented around business transformation and leadership development through inclusion, psychological safety and change agency.

Geff mission is about making the world a more inclusive place, one organisation at a time – by building leadership capabilities and harnessing the power of inclusion as a key strategy for wellbeing, an organisational and individual learning culture, and consequently superior business outcomes

Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee, a distinguished speaker is a trailblazer in the realm of positive transformation, posttraumatic growth. She works as a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach, Portfolio GP and Disability Advocate.

Amrita stands at the forefront of Posttraumatic Growth research, with a remarkable portfolio of achievements. As a TEDx Speaker on this very subject, Amrita used this platform to challenge the frameworks and biases that society imposes inviting her audience to consider the potential for growth through dealing with adversity.

Her groundbreaking research on Posttraumatic Growth has been published in the peer-reviewed British Journal of Health Psychology. Amrita was awarded the University of East London Alumni Diversity Award 2024 for her contributions to fostering positive conversations and change in the DEI space.

SPEAKER UPDATES

Tracey Hill is one of the UK’s most sought-after performance therapists and coaches for CEOs, Entrepreneurs, and elite professionals navigating high-pressure environments. Tracey has recently updated us on her speaking topics.

Her keynotes –  including Pause to Win, Vision to Venture, and The Escape Plan,  blending science, strategy, and raw storytelling to deliver high-value transformations for audiences worldwide. Whether she’s on stage or in session, she helps people break limits, own their edge, and lead from clarity, not chaos.

Katy Ashworth is an Actress, TV presenter and Singer and keynote speaker on children’s mental health and importance of play. She has recently updated us on a new speaking topic around “Resilience”

Resilience – Through her work as a freelance actor, presenter, and solo parent, Katy has learned the power of resilience in uncertain and high-pressure situations. This talk offers strategies for maintaining routine, mindset, and motivation, particularly in the face of adversity. It’s about real-world perseverance.

Trewin Restorick is an environment and sustainability speaker and was the founding CEO of Hubbub, a charity that makes environmental issues fun. He has recently launched a new venture called Treasure Gardening. Treasure Gardening is a new social enterprise seeking to celebrate the wonders of waste by creating amazing products from the mounds of green waste currently thrown away in the UK.

And lastly inspirational speaker Alex Staniforth recently announced his next fundraising challenge – to run and cycle all 446 mountains in England & Wales, covering 3,000km in under 50 days, to raise £100k for Mind Over Mountains and open conversations around mental health.
