NEW SPEAKERS

We are delighted to have added James Knight and Araceli Camargo to the website

James Knight is a former Royal Marines Commando Officer with over 20 years of leadership and well-being experience and a speaker on finance, change, and team-building.

In 2007 James Knight was awarded the Military Cross for gallantry in operations, and as a result of his experiences, he can offer a wealth of lessons that he has learned. James describes leadership as a combination of learnt experiences and ‘borrowed’ ideas.

James Knight now runs his own financial advice practice where he has developed techniques that inspire his clients to be more engaging and passionate about their personal finances. Building a practice through fostering deep relationships with his clients and really getting to know what emotions drive their financial decisions, James draws on his leadership skills to get the very best outcomes for his clients. More details on his speaking topics can be found here

Araceli Camargo is a cognitive neuroscientist and science communicator and keynote speaker. She was the lab director at The Centrica Lab which is in partnership with UCL. She takes her expertise in cognitive flexibility into corporate settings and encourages companies to enable changes in their work habits, with tools rather than processes.

Pioneering the school of thought that understanding how the brain works and learning how to interact with it effectively is paramount to every working practice. She uses this idea to give us insight into how to think, how to problem solve, and how to deal with constant change.

On a mission to encourage businesses to think better by managing how their brain works, she applies innovative thinking to business issues. She successfully applies tools to businesses through her academic studies in the world of neuroscience and her practical experience of running businesses, The Cube London, and WeCreate in New York City.
