Trust

Trust

A few weeks ago, I went on holiday abroad for the first time since the pandemic started in 2020 but also the first time since we launched the business in 2019 too. One of the reasons for not going away sooner (other than the pandemic) was that I wanted to find someone I trusted to hold the fort and look after things whilst I was away.

Thankfully, I managed to find someone who was brilliant and felt at ease for the first time, leaving the reins with someone else whilst I took time out.

Trust is very important in every business. At Scamp Speakers we want to build trust with our clients and also have to have trust in the speakers we work with that they will deliver the right content for each brief. These are just a few of the speakers we work with that speak on trust and how we build trust and the importance of it when it comes to teamwork.
