Justin Hughes is a former RAF fighter pilot and Red Arrows Pilot, and an authoritative speaker on teamwork achieving high performance and teamwork.

Having graduated as a top cadet in officer training, Justin went onto fly the Tornado F3, before subsequently being selected for the Red Arrows, performing over 250 displays including three international tours. He was the team’s Executive Officer.

Justin is the founder of Mission Excellence, and having worked in one of the most high-performance environments, where a single mistake could cost someone their lives, Justin is in a prime position to talk on achieving peak performance, and risk-taking and what are the key elements are to getting the best out of your team.

Justin is an investor and founder partner in a retail fashion business and is currently a non-executive adviser to Inox, an emerging markets hedge fund. Justin is a mentor to 2 community interest businesses.

Justin has an MBA with Distinction from London Business School and a BSc (Hons) in physics from the University of Bristol.
