Stress Awareness Month

Stress Awareness Month

April marks Stress Awareness Month. Held every April since 1992 it aims to raise awareness of the causes of stress and how to ease and prevent stress.

Stress is one of the most common causes of long-term work absence in the UK and the awareness month is also used to guide how employers can help support their staff and provide practical steps that can be taken to address stress and help staff feel more positive and productive at work.

If you are planning an event to mark Stress Awareness Month, here are some speakers we work with that might be of interest.
