We are delight to welcome Sally Henderson to the website

Sally Henderson is the High-Stakes Leadership Speaker and Mentor senior leaders call when the pressure is relentless and the next move really matters.

With 25 years of experience working with C-suite executives and executive teams, she brings sharp commercial thinking, deep emotional intelligence and the kind of leadership insight that only comes from lived experience. Erica Farmer is a speaker on AI and Future Skills and has over 25 years of learning and development and apprenticeships experience with some of the UK’s best-known brands such as LV=, British Gas, Specsavers and Virgin Care. Erica’s area of specialism is AI and future skills. Erica speaks about this in her TEDx talk, ‘Reforming Education through the Digital First Mindset’, and in her courses as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor. She has recently updated us on her speaking topics

Geffrye Parsons (he/him) is an experienced and highly respected keynote speaker who focuses on adding value for organisations by leveraging his extensive experience and expertise. Geff spent 35 years as a gay, client-facing executive in global financial and professional services organisations all around the world. He has also recently updated us on his speaking topics

Winston Ben Clements is a globally recognised motivational speaker, TEDx speaker, and disability advocate known for delivering powerful keynotes on disability inclusion, resilience, and using AI for accessibility.

With a previous career in the tech industry, he now partners with organisations such as Google, Accenture, Disney, EY, and HubSpot, among others, to help build workplaces where people can thrive. Winston has updated us on his speaking topics including – Disability 101 – inclusion starts here, AI and Inclusion – How Technology can Remove Barriers to Work and Resilience – Turning Adversity into Advantage

Michael Maisey is a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, and founder of The CIP Project, a charity supporting over 2,000 people each year across the UK. From a prison cell at sixteen to nearly two decades sober, his work is rooted in lived experience, not theory. Today, he delivers impactful talks and workshops for organisations including the Home Office, Google, and Nexus focusing on inclusion, empathy, and connection. Michael has updated us on his speaking topics –

• The Candle of Self-Belief (for teachers, educators, and those working with young people) –A powerful session reconnecting people to their purpose, showing how small moments can shape a person’s life and the impact they carry every day. 
• The Power of Kindness –Based on Michael’s TEDx talk, this session explores how simple acts of kindness create lasting change, building stronger connection, empathy, and culture within teams.
• Radical Ownership to Freedom – A straight-talking session on personal responsibility, helping people move from blame to ownership, take action, and create real change.

Cath Knibbs is a Consultant Child/Adult Psychotherapist, Online Harm Specialist and Researcher (Cybertrauma), Author of 7 books and Trainer. She specialises in educating and supporting adults in understanding child development and behaviour in a world of technology.

Catherine has authored 7 books so far about online life and development of children (and adults) and the pickles we can get into. She has completed her PhD, a TEDx talk, gained millions of views on her social media content, won several national and international awards for her work in cyber and spoken to thousands of parents and professionals through her trainings, clinical work and public speaking. Helen Gibson MBE is an award-winning global entrepreneur, TEDx and registered motivational speaker, Non-Executive Director, author, executive coach and leadership expert.

Intent on transforming lives and changing the world for the better, Helen draws upon her own experiences from her time as CEO of Agencia, in which she operated alongside her father and sister in their family firm.Sought out by both UK and foreign governments to tackle some of the most complex issues in the world’s trouble spots, Helen has had a career like no other. Helen has shared with us her recent TEDX talk – “Why Encouragement matters more than you think”.

Phil Olley is a sought-after inspirational speaker and international author, who speaks on Transformational Change, Team Engagement, and Resilience. Following an exciting military career, as a leader in many of the toughest environments, Phil Olley has enjoyed success in sales, running his own business, and coaching. No stranger to the media, Phil writes extensively for business magazines, frequently contributes to BBC Radio, and has appeared on prime-time TV. Phil has recently shared with us his new showreel
