NEW BOOK

Sally Henderson is the High-Stakes Leadership Speaker and Mentor senior leaders call when the pressure is relentless and the next move really matters.

Her book “The HOW of High Performance: Master high-stakes leadership, achieve results that matter” was recently published.

For years, leadership books have been fixated on WHY? This is no longer enough.

Whether you succeed or fail, thrive or burn out all comes down to HOW you lead when the pressure is on, HOW you manage your energy, and HOW you show up when the stakes are high. When you reach senior level, you’re expected to have leadership nailed: clarity on your role, emotional regulation, sustainable drive and a leadership style you’ve actively future-proofed. In reality, you’re a work in progress. And you’re busier than ever: how do you even start to fill the gaps?

Sally Henderson, High-Stakes Leadership Mentor, guides you through The REAL Method, a toolkit created from 25 years of real-world research and used by C-suite executives to master how they lead.

Accelerate your growth, gain true clarity, greater inner confidence and set work-life boundaries that work. You’re a high performer, but even the best can get better. Master your HOW.

SPEAKER UPDATES

Andy Lopata is an internationally recognised speaker and authority on Relationship Intelligence, trust and human-centred leadership in the age of AI.

For nearly 30 years, Andy has helped organisations strengthen the professional relationships that drive collaboration, influence, innovation and performance — particularly in complex, fast-moving and increasingly technology-driven workplaces. Andy has a new speech called –

Relationship Intelligence in the Age of AI –Why professional relationships quietly determine who gets traction, support, and results

AI is transforming how organisations operate.cBut while companies invest heavily in technology, many are quietly losing the human relationships that make strategy, collaboration and change actually work. Hybrid working, overloaded teams and increasingly transactional cultures have weakened trust, reduced informal collaboration and made influence harder than ever. The organisations that thrive in the next decade will not be those with the most technology. They will be those that best balance AI with HI  – Human Interaction.

This keynote explores why Relationship Intelligence is becoming one of the defining leadership skills of the AI era.

Andrew Bryant, CSP, is the Global Authority on Self-Leadership in the Age of AI. He is the Founder and CEO of Self Leadership International (est. 1999), a Certified Speaking Professional, executive coach, and the author of five books — including the foundational academic text Self Leadership (Bryant & Kazan, McGraw-Hill, 2012), now cited in more than 200 peer-reviewed papers, and his most recent work, POTENTIAL-IZE: How Leaders Unlock Human Potential in the Age of AI (Wiley, 2026). Andrew has recently updated his speaking topics and more can be found on his webpage.

Ian Murphy is a cybersecurity architect  and speaker with over 30 years in the industry, a Fellow of the British Computer Society and Chartered IT Professional (FBCS CITP), and the founder of CyberOff — the UK’s first independent AI security architecture practice. He is also, somewhat improbably, a stand-up comedian. Ian has recently update us on his speaking topcis which can be found on his webpage
