Be the Wolf Not the Sheep
Our August Book of the Month is “Be the Wolf Not the Sheep: The art of becoming an entrepreneur. Don’t fear failure make it your co-founder” by accomplished entrepreneur, speaker, business leader, and global brand strategist, Ryan Llewellyn-Pace.

THE LONE WOLF FAILS. THE PACK PREVAILS.
90% of startups fail. Don’t follow the herd off the cliff – step off the path, think for yourself, and move like a wolf.
From the boardroom of Barbour to the helm of award-winning startups, Ryan Llewellyn-Pace knows how to break the cycle and build a successful business. Drawing on decades of experience at the top of British fashion and global brand management, Be the Wolf Not the Sheep will empower you to:
- Sharpen your instinct: See the paths others miss, pivot before the world catches up, and move with unshakable clarity.
- Build the pack: Unite a team so aligned in instinct, trust, and purpose that they move as one.
- Master calculated risk: Lead with quiet intention, not ego, designing a business that generates freedom, impact, and momentum without burning out.
This isn’t about hustle culture or toxic individualism. It’s about creating something with conviction that outlasts the trends.
Don’t just build a business. Build a pack.
