Women’s Rugby World Cup
The Women’s Rugby World Cup takes place in the UK from late summer from the 22nd August and finishes on the 27th September 2025 with the Final at Twickenham. England will be looking to try and go one better after losing in the Final to New Zealand back in 2021
If you planning an event in or around the tournament and looking for an inspirational rugby speaker these are a few of the speakers we work with.

Although forced to pursue other sports including hockey, netball and football until the age of 16 as there were no girls’ teams in the region, Katy soon returned to her first passion and excelled, representing England for U18, U19, Academy and England A sides. In December 2020 Katy announced her retirement from international Rugby leaving her legacy of being the third most capped player and second highest England points scorer of all time with a total of 542. Katy also held the England captaincy for over four years and led her nation to a famous IRB World Cup victory at the Jean Bouin stadium, Paris in 2014.

A highly respected and popular player for both his club and for his country, he captained England on three occasions as well as leading Saracens for two seasons. He also toured with the British & Irish Lions to South Africa in 1997. Kyran retired from the game at the close of the 2005/06 season.

Sean Fitzpatrick led New Zealand to a series win over the British Lions in 1993 and also led the All Blacks to a clean sweep in the first Tri-Nations tournament in 1996. The Governor General awarded him the New Zealand Order of Merit in 1997.

His International Rugby Career started in 1975 against Ireland, and he went onto make a total of 34 appearances for England. In 1977 he toured with the British Lions in New Zealand and then again in 1980 in South Africa, but this time as Captain. Unfortunately, Sir Bill’s career was cut short due to injury, but got involved in the media and in television, becoming a commentator for the BBC and Sky Sports, and probably better known for his role as team captain on Question of Sport opposite Emlyn Hughes.
Sir Bill’s achievements off the pitch, in many ways, have exceeded his successes on the pitch. As Managing Director of his family textile business (founded in 1888) he was awarded the Queen’s Export Award in 1996 and on a personal level he was awarded the OBE in 1982 and the CBE in 2008.

The architect of Britain’s greatest rugby achievement, Sir Clive Woodward earned international acclaim and a knighthood after he led England’s players to World Cup glory in Australia in 2003.
He draws on his experience as a World Cup-winning Head Coach, as Director of Sport for Team GB at the British Olympic Association for the London 2012 Olympics, and as Founding Partner and Chairman of Captured (an online coaching software and synchronised app based on his coaching philosophy).
