We just wanted to take this opportunity to make you aware of a few podcasts that could be of interest to you (featuring Winston Ben Clements and Dan Reed) and make you aware of a special awards event taking place in December organised by Anj Handa.

IGNITING INSPIRATION AWARDS

Now in its 4th year, The Igniting Inspiration campaign showcases women changemakers from the North of England making a positive difference.

About this Event – Recognising Women Changemakers

Women who are working hard to make a positive difference in their workplaces or communities often don’t get the recognition they deserve. So, for the 4th year running, we’re bringing you Igniting Inspiration!

Through our ongoing, annual campaign to recognise women changemakers, we publish the stories of all nominees on our website and showcase one women from each of the five categories at our Igniting Inspiration Awards.

The event is being organised by Anj Handa, inspirational speaker, and founder of Inspiring Women Changemakers, and takes place on the 18th of December this year. To learn more please visit the website. 

WINSTON BEN CLEMENTS

Winston Ben Clements is a culture specialist with an emphasis on Resilience and Diversity & Inclusion. His ultimate mission is to help 1 BILLION people to unleash their full human potential.

Winston was predicted to live a life of isolation and pain due to a rare bone disorder known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI). This condition caused his bones to be extremely fragile, suffering over 200 fractures in his lifetime.

Now an award-winning speaker, Winston has recently recorded a new series of Podcasts called “Born 2 Win”

DAN REED

Dan Reed is the Head of Platform Delivery at Barclays, Dad of two beautiful children and Founder of Career Dad and Career Dad Podcast and is a speaker on equality and gender diversity; flexible working; and, career progression.

Career Dad – mission statement was straight forward – “To Positively Impact As Many Dad’s Lives As Possible”. The series is now up to episode sixty.
