Tim Campbell MBE is a passionate and recognised advocate of Inclusion. With a focus on Education, Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, he has established a ground-breaking charitable foundation, currently chairs an outstanding school board and regularly speakers on these topics at conferences and after dinner events internationally.

He received the award after supporting the then Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, with his drive to increase the number of corporations recruiting apprentices from underrepresented communities across the capital and leading leading Bright Ideas Trust (BIT), his own foundation, to raise over £3m and support over 750 start-ups from disadvantaged groups.

More recently, as a liveryman and Freeman of the City of London, Tim has prioritised his work in the education sector by joining the City of London Education Board and championing Apprenticeships, as well as the social impact that companies have on their communities via his active support of the Lord Mayors Dragon Awards.
