Kess Eruteya
Kess Eruteya is the Founder of InclusionZ and a keynote speaker on Generation Z, Diversity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
At InclusionZ, she works with clients to translate their understanding of Gen Z into actionable strategies in various functions, including marketing, recruitment, & consumer insights. Kess directs leading industry brands like LinkedIn, ExperianChubb to attract, engage, and retain Gen Z.
Outside of her D&I work, Kess is a consultant specialising in Cloud Infrastructure Services and currently works as a Technical Applications Consultant for Capgemini. Combining such work with her own company, InclusionZ, Kess is empowering the next generation of businessmen and women to achieve personal and professional growth. Recognising that Generation Z is different to previous generations, Kess works to help organisations find practices that better suit this new generation.
Alongside serving corporations, she is building Technology that matters. Her e-learning platform provides career-development support to thousands of young individuals in over 19 countries.
