SPEAKER UPDATES

Named Best AI & Future Technology Speaker at the 2025 Speaker Awards and one of BizTech Magazine’s Top 30 IT Influencers in 2024, she continues to bring those same signals directly to conference stages, corporate summits and executive boardrooms worldwide.
Kate has recently moved on from GDR and sent us some more update details on what she is working on now.

A podium-winning round-the-world skipper, Mark led 17 amateur sailors — 70% complete novices — across 32,000 miles of extreme weather, conflict and relentless pressure. Mark has also recently update his biog and information on his talks.

His client list includes Apple, Microsoft, Diageo, Bayer, BAE Systems, Novartis and VW Group. He is the author of the global bestseller Taming Tigers (Penguin Random House).
He has delivered DARE Loop and Second Strategy keynotes to well over a million people across five continents and is ranked among the world’s leading business speakers by Global Gurus. Jim’s credo is that performance and change are extremely emotionally testing for the individual and for those who would lead them, with discipline, through uncertainty to bold new ambitions. Jim has recently updated us on his talks.

NEW SPEAKER TOPICS

After a successful career in senior marketing roles for some of the biggest brands, Ken founded his own business. His company specialised in forging meaningful, world-wide, partnerships between cutting edge start-ups and large corporations, including Mercedes, P&G, Kimberly-Clark and Haleon. That company was acquired by the Anthesis Group in October2023. Beyond his corporate-startup expertise, Ken is a dedicated mentor, providing guidance across multiple accelerator programs such as Techstars, BlockDojo, and EASI. A sought-after speaker and panellist, he frequently shares his insights at leading business and start-up conferences.
Ken has shared details on his new speech –
The Lost Art of Listening – As neurologist Oliver Sacks put it, “Music can lift us out of depression or move us to tears.” In “The Lost Art of Listening,” Ken Valledy shares his own reconnection with music and especially vinyl records and what it revealed to him about attention, presence and mental restoration in a world of constant partial attention.

He’s the founder of Engage to Succeed and creator of the Engage to Succeed Model®, built around what he calls The 4th Dimension: The Individual.
His last corporate role was at Capita, a global BPO business, where he led a team of 300 people that hired over 25,000 people in a single year — the capstone to 21 years in recruitment and talent acquisition across large blue-chip organisations. That’s given him a front-row seat to why people DISengage from their work, and a hard truth most leadership training won’t say out loud: you can’t lead an engaged team if you’re running on empty yourself. “One dead battery can’t jump-start another”. He has sent us an update on his new speaking topics
