From time to time a new topic starts to filter into enquiries, and in recent months we have started to receive a few requests around the Metaverse. The metaverse is defined in the Oxford English Dictionary as a “virtual-reality space in which users can interact with a computer-generated environment and other users.” But this does not answer a lot of our questions and how it might impact businesses. James Poulter is the founder and CEO of Vixen Labs one of the UK’s leading Voice Technology companies and is a thought-leader and speaker on Innovation Culture, the Future of Work, and Emerging Technologies. Our February 2021 book of the month is Good Grief by bestselling author, journalist, speaker, and co-founder and President of the Women’s Equality Party Catherine Mayer and Anne Mayer Bird.

Throughout the year we sometimes get asked to help supply speakers who can talk about the economy and the current financial climate and what businesses can expect to affect them in the coming months. On Wednesday 23rd March 2022, the Spring 2022 forecast statement is due by the government, when we might get a bit more clearer picture of how things might affect businesses.
