Speaker Christopher Lennon has 30 years’ experience within the International oil and gas industry specialising in project management and commercial negotiation. Chris has kindly shared his thoughts on the importance of the ability to negotiate and how we often we are negotiating without realising it.

UK LGBT History Month once again takes place from the 1st February 2022 to the 28th February 2022. The month marks the opportunity to celebrate LGBT culture and progress towards equality over time, and to explore what the lessons of history can teach us for the future. If you are looking to plan either an online event or an in-person event this February to mark UK LGBT History Month – these are just a few of the speakers we would recommend. 

A Happy New Year to everyone. As we enter into 2022 many people might be seeing this year as an opportunity for a fresh start. This month we will be offering some news pieces that reflect this fresh beginning and to start with Inspirational Speaker Phil Olley has offered us his insights into the challenges leaders face in this new business environment and how they can adapt to get 2022 off to the best start possible. Phil’s sessions can work as away-day sessions, half-day workshops, or for a keynote speech.

As we come to the end of 2021, we just wanted to reflect on some of the feedbacks we have had on some of speakers we have worked with. It would be fair to say that most of the events this year have been online but it is great to see live events return and hope that continues into 2022.

We have finally found ourselves a new office and nice to be able to put some of the books out on display. Our final book of the month for the year is Winning Together: An Olympic-Winning Approach to Building Better Teams by Helen Richardson Walsh and Kate Richardson Walsh. With Christmas in mind, we have also featured some links back to other books featured this year including books by Geoff Ramm, Will Greenwood, and John Volanthan

We have Moved Offices from the 1st December 2021.

As we come to the end of 2021 I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the clients and speakers that have worked with us this year. We are incredibly grateful and whilst it has not been an easy ride for many, we are delighted to see the return of some live events. We wanted take this opportunity to look back at some of the highlights of the year and some of the key topics that have been popular this year too.
