June 2026 Speaker News

This is our June 2026 speaker news round up this month featuring feedback on Adam Pearson, Mark Foster, and Matt Ellison; we welcome Elly Chapple and Hardeep Dhanjal to the website; we have new showreel from Adrian Webster, Derrick Mcmanus and Dominic Colenso and have new on a new book by Andrew Pain.

RECENT FEEDBACKS

” Adam was a fantastic speaker and as expected he kicked off the day in an energetic, interactive and humorous way which was exactly what we wanted. I think people took a lot away from the talk and benefited from being able to chat to him after.” – On Adam Pearson – May 2026 (pictured)

“Yes all went well with Mark, thank you. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with and please do pass on our sincere thanks for delivering such a great keynote. Both the audience and the team thought he added great energy to the event.” On Mark Foster – May 2026

“In terms of feedback, we were very pleased with the session. It was a very engaging session which was received well. I had a lot of positive feedback from people who attended, and a number of people shared their lived experiences, which I am not sure they would have in a different setting.” On Matt Ellison – April 2026

NEW SPEAKERS

We are delighted to welcome Elly Chapple and Hardeep Dhanjal to the website

Elly Chapple is a Human First Catalyst, TEDx speaker, author and founder of the #FlipTheNarrative movement. Her work sits at the heart of one of the most urgent conversations happening in organisations right now: what does it actually take to create teams and spaces where people feel safe enough to show up, trust, and give their best?

The answer, Elly argues, begins not with strategy or structure, but with the nervous system.

Before any team can truly collaborate, before trust can be built or culture can shift, each person in the room needs to feel regulated. Not managed. Not motivated. Regulated. And the most powerful thing a leader can offer, often without saying a word, is the felt experience of being in the presence of someone who is steady. Someone whose nervous system says: you are safe here. That is co-regulation. And it changes everything. Elly knows this not from theory, but from nearly two decades at the sharpest end of human experience, navigating complex systems alongside her daughter Ella, a Deafblind young woman who taught Elly everything she knows about presence, connection, and what it means to truly see another human being.

Hardeep Dhanjal is an award-winning keynote speaker, who delivers high-impact keynotes on resilience, leadership, and performance under pressure, helping organisations and leaders perform consistently in demanding, fast changing environments. He was recently named MySpeaker of the Year 2026 in Sweden, one of Scandinavia’s most competitive speaking markets.

Working internationally especially in Europe, Hardeep has spoken for organisations including IBM, Novo Nordisk, Deloitte, Siemens Gamesa, and Halliburton. His communication style is direct, engaging, and highly relatable combining powerful storytelling with practical insight that translates across cultures, industries, and leadership levels.

Born in Denmark to Indian parents, Hardeep grew up between cultures, developing a strong understanding of identity, pressure, and human behaviour. This multicultural perspective allows him to connect deeply with diverse audiences and international organisations operating in global environments such as the UK.

NEW SHOWREELS

Derrick McManus doesn’t just epitomise resilience – he embodies Human Durability. Shot 14 times. Multiple massive injuries. Bleeding on the ground for 3 hours. 30 seconds from death. 2 years later, against all odds, returned to full duties. Post Traumatic Growth not PTSD.

Most people break. Some bounce back. The truly exceptional go beyond Resilience to Human Durability. Derrick recently updated us with his new showreel

By the time he was 26, Dominic Colenso had flown a spaceship, lost a million dollars and been fired by Simon Cowell. A former Hollywood actor, theatre director and RADA teacher, Dominic is the author of IMPACT and Cut-Through. He now helps leaders and sales teams around the world turn complex ideas into clear, confident messages that cut through. Dominic has sent us his recent updated showreel.

Adrian Webster is widely regarded as one of the most engaging motivational speakers on organisational transformation, with a reputation built on delivering high-impact keynotes that drive change. A best-selling author and authority on change, leadership, culture, and high-performing teams, Adrian partners with some of the world’s most respected organisations to help them unlock potential and sustain competitive advantage. Adrian has recently updated his biog and showreel

NEW BOOK

Andrew Pain is a motivational and CPD accredited mental health speaker, a podcaster and award winning campaigner for men and boys, leading in his work on men’s mental health, also delivering talks on burnout, community building and psychological safety. His new book Honestly, Man: Why masculinity feels confusing, shame doesn’t help and what to do about it” is published in August

If you’ve been feeling confused about what it means to be a man today, you’re not alone. The media narrative about men can seem overwhelmingly negative and many of the stereotypes may not fit with your lived experience. But the fact that they’re out there can stop you from saying how you’re really feeling.

This is a book to help men (and the people who care about them) understand the complex issues which face the modern man and move towards a better future.

By reading these pages, you will be able to:

  • Cut through the confusion of modern masculinity and learn to respond with confidence rather than shame
  • Communicate more openly, build psychological safety and show up more effectively for those around you
  • Find a renewed sense of purpose and choose a version of masculinity that feels grounded, positive and genuinely yours

Lastly everyone at Scamp Speakers is very sad to hearing of the passing of Kanya King. An inspiring and wonderful speaker. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this time.

That is it for this month. As always if we can help with any enquiries please email us on enquiries@scampspeakers.co.uk
