RECENT FEEDBACKS

“Yes all went well with Mark, thank you. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with and please do pass on our sincere thanks for delivering such a great keynote. Both the audience and the team thought he added great energy to the event.” On Mark Foster – May 2026
“In terms of feedback, we were very pleased with the session. It was a very engaging session which was received well. I had a lot of positive feedback from people who attended, and a number of people shared their lived experiences, which I am not sure they would have in a different setting.” On Matt Ellison – April 2026
NEW SPEAKERS
We are delighted to welcome Elly Chapple and Hardeep Dhanjal to the website

The answer, Elly argues, begins not with strategy or structure, but with the nervous system.
Before any team can truly collaborate, before trust can be built or culture can shift, each person in the room needs to feel regulated. Not managed. Not motivated. Regulated. And the most powerful thing a leader can offer, often without saying a word, is the felt experience of being in the presence of someone who is steady. Someone whose nervous system says: you are safe here. That is co-regulation. And it changes everything. Elly knows this not from theory, but from nearly two decades at the sharpest end of human experience, navigating complex systems alongside her daughter Ella, a Deafblind young woman who taught Elly everything she knows about presence, connection, and what it means to truly see another human being.

Working internationally especially in Europe, Hardeep has spoken for organisations including IBM, Novo Nordisk, Deloitte, Siemens Gamesa, and Halliburton. His communication style is direct, engaging, and highly relatable combining powerful storytelling with practical insight that translates across cultures, industries, and leadership levels.
Born in Denmark to Indian parents, Hardeep grew up between cultures, developing a strong understanding of identity, pressure, and human behaviour. This multicultural perspective allows him to connect deeply with diverse audiences and international organisations operating in global environments such as the UK.

This is a book to help men (and the people who care about them) understand the complex issues which face the modern man and move towards a better future.
By reading these pages, you will be able to:
- Cut through the confusion of modern masculinity and learn to respond with confidence rather than shame
- Communicate more openly, build psychological safety and show up more effectively for those around you
- Find a renewed sense of purpose and choose a version of masculinity that feels grounded, positive and genuinely yours
