Throughout lockdown and over the past 6 months, we have seen a growing trend in enquiries for speakers who can talk on subjects covering empathy, compassion, or kindness. With everyone experiencing so many different emotions at this time, it has never been more important for us to work together and be more supportive of each other.
These are just some of the speakers we work with that cover some of these subjects.
Shola Kaye is a communication specialist, award-winning speaker. After an early career in IT followed by becoming a professional singer, Shola now blends her STEM and entertainment background to share clear, effective communication frameworks that help people work better together.

Paul Hargreaves is the Founder and Chief Executive of Cotswold Fayre Ltd and a keynote speaker on leadership and compassion in business. Paul is one of the leading voices in the UK encouraging and inspiring businesses to be a ‘Force for Good’ and has published a book with the same title.
Paul delivers a talk on Being a Compassionate Leader. Love, kindness, and compassion were not words that used to be used in a business context but in the 21st century, it’s the leaders showing and feeling love for people and planet that are growing the most successful businesses and organisations.
Big Ian Donaghy is a passionate inspirational and keynote speaker who works tirelessly to raise dementia awareness, combat loneliness, and provide grief support.
Ian Donaghy is a passionate and moving speaker, lauded for his infectious enthusiasm and thought-provoking delivery. His speeches are all bespoke to each client but help companies, associations, and groups get a better understanding as to how to support those who have been affected by Dementia, Grief, and loneliness.
Ian also has a talk called manKIND in which he speaks on the power of kindness and the impact companies can make on their communities.
Simon Weston CBE is an inspirational and motivational speaker who suffered 46% burns to his body when he was severely injured in the Falklands War in 1982.
His story was picked up in the documentary Simon’s War and was followed by millions of people across the UK. Simon has endured years of reconstructive surgery and has undergone over 70 operations and yet has an endearing positive spirit, that has made him one of the UK’s most respected and inspirational icons. Simon spent much of his time in isolation during his recovery and suffered from PTSD. He is often asked to speak on compassion, dignity and especially dignity in care and how we should treat everyone the same and with kindness.

Nick Jankel is a highly sought-after professional speaker whose life’s work is to ensure people have the tools they need to adapt to relentless change and the mindsets they need to successfully transform their organizations and themselves.
