Anxiety Speakers

According to the NHS, website Anxiety is “a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.”

We have over the past 18 months booked a lot of speakers on mental health, and anxiety has been one of the key areas of concern with clients, especially with many people still working from home.

These are just a few speakers we work with that speak on anxiety and how you can help ease anxiety.

With the pressures of life and work, most of us live in the ‘distracted present’; when we are at work, we worry about what we need to do at home – and when we are at home, we worry about what we need to do at work! In this session, we will look at what we can do to live in the moment, be fully present, and reduce the worry about what we aren’t able to do because we can’t be in two places at once. By living in the now, and having the tools to be fully present you can reduce anxiety, feel more joy in life and improve your most valued relationships
