Summer Breather

Whilst August can be a busy time for clients planning events for the Autumn, it is also a quieter time for events taking place and a time when many of us will take a holiday and switch off.

I personally find it hard to switch off from work but the summer months is a good time to have a little bit of a breather and plan for the rest of the year ahead.

The importance of rest and wellbeing is a subject we get enquiries on from some clients and these are a few speakers we work that with that cover subjects around maintaining a good worklife balance.

KATHERINE BALDWIN

She began her career in sales and spent over 15 years working in the City of London before leaving in 2012 to set up an award-winning wellbeing company, after suffering from burnout.

SALLY GUNNELL 

Sally Gunnell is an Olympic Athlete and 2022 marks her 30th anniversary of winning gold at the Barcelona 1992 Olympics, in 400m hurdles.
