Geffrye Parsons (he/him; “Geff”) is an inspirational speaker and Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, which provides consulting, advisory, training and keynote speaking services oriented around business transformation and leadership development through inclusion, psychological safety and change agency
Geff’s distinct approach is informed by a 35-year client-facing executive career with global financial and professional services organisations. This executive experience, combined with having chaired an award-winning ERG within his previous employer, allows him to go beyond mere theory and bring a practical, real-world perspective to his work. It also stresses the importance both of aligning inclusion initiatives with strategic priorities of the organisation, and of translating theory into practice for those in leadership roles
Geff’s inclusion work has been recognised by accolades from the Pride Power List, British LGBT Awards, PinkNews Awards, Stonewall, The Financial Times, The Guardian and Yahoo Finance, and he has been designated a LinkedIn ‘Top Voice’ for both Leadership and Culture Change. He also holds fractional Board-level roles with several not-for-profit organisations working to advance rights and inclusion.
