Giving and Receiving Feedback
How often do you get a feedback survey after just making one phone? Or every time you order something online you are expected to rate service out of 10?
But replying to a form is different to receiving feedback face to face. You might be asked to deliver feedback on someone’s performance – how do you deliver that with empathy? How might you handle negative feedback.
These are two speakers we work with who offer some insights into delivering feedback and how to handle negative feedback
The Currency of Curiosity
Richard Gerver came to prominence when, as a headteacher he turned around a failing school in the UK in under two years. Richard was referred to as “The Walt Disney of The Classroom” by the UK media, and went on to win a multitude of international awards including a UNESCO award for leadership and innovation, Global Gurus Top 30 Thinker, and The National Teaching Awards, Headteacher of the Year.
Richard has since taken to the global stage where he uses his trademark humour and natural style to deliver inspirational and authentic speeches on numerous topics, including change, resilience and leadership. Most recently his focus has turned to Curiosity and he has kindly shared with us some details on his new talk “The Currency of Curiosity”.

All Things Cyber Speakers
Cybersecurity, Cybercrime, Cybertrauma and Cyber-Scammers these are just a few areas of concern for companies and individuals a like.
We work with a number of cyber related speakers that share their expertise in these fields or share their own personal experiences of cyber related issues and the lessons they have learned and what we should be aware off and possibly how to prevent incidents happening again.
