This is our April Speaker News round-up and this month we feature feedback on Donna Fraser, Matt Ellison, and Marc Hogan; we welcome Daniel Ashville, Will Njobvu, and Jose Ucar to the website; we have updated biogs from Alison Edgar MBE and Caspar Craven and a new showreel from Tilly Lockey.

We are delighted to welcome Daniel Ashville, Will Njobvu, and Jose Ucar to the website
Daniel Ashville is an award-nominated presenter, businessman, speaker, and Managing Director of Ashville Holdings, a company he has built from the ground up, specialising in construction, aggregates, concrete, waste management, and plant hire.
As a former model who turned his childhood obsessions for construction and engineering into a thriving set of businesses, Daniel Ashville has also managed to build a substantial online following through his YouTube series, Ashville Weekly. The series highlights the trials and tribulations Daniel Ashville faces on a day-to-day basis running his businesses but also celebrates the successes including building a bespoke games room for KSI, sponsoring QPR Football Club, and growing his fleet from one lorry to over 35 vehicles and machines.
Will Njobvu is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and racial equality. Will Njobvu’s personal experiences of racial abuse and inequality fuel his drive to make a difference. Will has spoken on these topics at events hosted by MediaCom and TikTok, receiving high praise for his insights.
Will Njobvu’s personal journey is one of overcoming adversity. Diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse at 22, he’s since become a voice for heart health with the British Heart Foundation. He’s open about his struggles with depression and his journey to acceptance, offering hope to others facing similar challenges. His bravery in coming out as gay in 2022, despite facing threats, shows his commitment to living authentically and supporting LGBTQ+ rights. Today, he hosts the Pride in London stage at Trafalgar Square. In addition to his TV and advocacy work, Will is a successful media entrepreneur. He’s launched a popular pop culture podcast on TikTok, attracting 7 million views a month. Will Njobvu is passionate about educating people on the power of social media and building a digital brand in today’s world.
Jose Ucar is an International Communication and Influence Expert who empowers business leaders to cultivate strong international relationships. Jose Ucar’s journey began in Sweden when he was 16, and he has since become a driving force in cross-cultural communication and leadership.
In today’s interconnected global landscape, Jose Ucar’s expertise in cross-cultural communication is vital. Jose’s mission is to enable organisations to communicate internationally with impact and confidence, fostering collaboration and gaining a competitive edge.

Tilly Lockey is a multi-talented, hardworking rising star and speaker who speaks on robotics, AI, diversity and inclusion, and disability. At 15 months old, Tilly Lockey was diagnosed with Meningococcal Septicemia which meant she had to lose her hands, forearms, and toes to meningitis as a baby.
Developing state-of-the-art bionic arms with Open Bionics which she wears every day, Tilly Lockey has received a Humanitarian award in New York, won a talent competition, ‘Got What It Takes’ and has performed to an audience of 20,000 at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, all with a thriving online presence across all social platforms. She has recently sent us an updated speaking clip.
