Dan Cobley is a former Managing Director of Google UK & Ireland and successful entrepreneur in his own right and a leading speaker on digital strategy and marketing.
Dan Cobley spent eight years at Google, three of which as Managing Director in the UK & Ireland, and the first five years as Marketing Director, UK, Ireland and Benelux and then as VP Marketing, EMEA.
He now works for Blenheim Chalcot, leading their FinTech portfolio. Through this role he has co-founded and currently chairs three fast-growth fintech companies; SalaryFinance, BusinessFinanceCompared and ClearScore, and he sits on the boards of Liberis, Modulr and Onfido.
Dan is also an investor and advisor to many companies including Brompton Bicycle, PersonalBoardroom, Qubit, and HiveLearning.
Dan has also formerly been the Vice President of Brand and Marketing for Capital One Europe, Marketing Director for Ask Jeeves, and Marketing Director at Pepsi/Walkers, making him a respected authority on marketing and branding.
Wired magazine has rated him as one of the most influential people in digital.
