Phil Olley is a sought-after inspirational speaker and author of The Nexus Code, who works with companies and individuals throughout the world to help them dramatically enhance performance, improve results, and achieve their goals.
In what has been a difficult and turbulent year for most of us, Phil has been working on a number of different projects that we wanted to share with you.
COACHING AND SPEAKING
Phil has been continuing his coaching for leaders and speaking albeit online in the last months and the underlying theme coming from it all has been how uncertainty is pervading into every area of people’s lives… and how easily people, teams, businesses, and organisations can be derailed.
And yet, those who can maintain a focus on opportunity, on their goals, on their purpose and vision can forge ahead.
His message is: Individuals, teams, businesses, organisations must make sure their decisions and strategies are not built on fear and scarcity… but on Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values.
Remember FOCUS stands for:
- Follow
- One
- Cause
- Until
- Successful
Follow One CAUSE… not follow one COURSE. The course might change, but the Cause doesn’t.
Phil has also been looking at resilience and the impact the coronavirus has had on businesses.
He has found evidence that Resilience and Optimism are closely linked in neurological terms and has delved into the neuroscience behind all this and created a Self Care checklist that he has been using with clients to great effect

MENTORING
For 2021 Phil shall be running the Nexus Mentoring Group which is designed to provide small group coaching programmes.
There will be a limited number of participants, attending regular zoom sessions, plus receiving additional materials from Phil. It’s about:
- support – having an objective sounding board for your business, personal and professional growth
- encouragement + momentum
- accountability – Phil will challenge you and hold your feet to the fire if that’s what you need
- peer-group support – being among like-minded people is good for the soul, the mind, the spirit… and the action!
