We are delighted to officially launch our Scamp Stories webpage.

Scamp Stories is a series which places storytelling at its heart as we hear from the UK’s leading motivational speakers. We delve into their individual stories, speaking work and the latest trending topics.

Our first four initial Scamp Stories features interviews with Helen Gibson, Andrew Pain, Phil Olley and Natalia Talkowska.

Our Book for the Month for March is “A Woman on Top of the World” by Inspirational speaker Maria Conceicao

Maria Conceicao is an inspirational speaker and is the first Portuguese Woman to summit Mount Everest, trek to both the North & South Poles and do this all in aid of raising money for a charity she founded herself.

Mental Health Awareness Week this year takes place between Monday 13th May and Sunday 19th May 2024. The Mental Health Foundation theme for this year is “Movement: Moving More for Our Mental Health” 

Being active and doing exercise can be very important for our mental health, so this year’s theme wants to help people find more time for movement in their daily routines. 

We work with a number of speakers who speak on mental health and in particular the importance of exercise and the outdoors. 

The 2023 Sporting Year was marked by the Women’s Football World Cup, the Men’s Rugby World Cup, and Men’s Cricket World Cup. 2024 brings us an array of exciting sporting events with the highlights likely to be the Olympic and Paralympic Games in France and the Mens Euro Football Finals.

Josh Littlejohn MBE is a leading social entrepreneur and Sunday Times best-selling author.

Josh began his career as a social entrepreneur when he co-founded Social Bite, a social enterprise with a mission to end homelessness. Social Bite started as a small chain of sandwich shops that began offering jobs and free food to homeless people.

On Wednesday 6th March 2024 as part of Eastwood Park Theatre’s Scotland Inspires series, Josh will be taking part in “An Audience with Dr Josh Littlejohn”
