Once again Pride Month is taking place in June this year. Pride Month is a month-long celebration that recognises the LGBTQ+ community and their contributions to society and is marked by events and activities that promote inclusivity, help educate the public, and celebrate the diversity of sexual orientations and gender identities.

If you are looking to hold an event to mark Pride these are a few of the speakers we work with you may wish to consider.

We are delighted to be working with Matt Bird, Founder and CEO of PublishU,  and a serial entrepreneur and high-impact communicator and an inspirational speaker.

Matt speaks on Overcoming self-doubt and unleashing self-belief, Dyslexic by Design: Neurodiversity in the Workplace and Relationology: Growth through Relationships. We look forward to working with him.

We are excited and delighted to be representing Marc Convey – a motivational speaker, burns survivor, and advocate for triumph over trauma. Marc’s strong belief is that you can survive anything if you develop the inner resources to face it and forge a new path, whatever your physical limitations.

We hope everyone has had a lovely Easter Break. This is our April Speaker News round-up and this month we feature feedback on Donna Fraser, Matt Ellison, and Marc Hogan; we welcome Daniel Ashville, Will Njobvu, and Jose Ucar to the website; we have updated biogs from Alison Edgar MBE and Caspar Craven and a new showreel from Tilly Lockey.

Dan Driver is an award-nominated comedian, actor, writer, and theatremaker who has devised and written performance work for screen and stage.

He recently premiered his new solo show, The Sound of Muzak, to sold-out audiences at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2024, gaining a nomination for The Audience Choice award. The show is now touring to fringe festivals and venues throughout the year.

These are some of his tour dates coming up this year.

The 2024 Speaker Summit and Speaker Awards are taking place this year on Friday 5th July 2024 in London.

The Speaker Summit is designed specifically for speakers who are actively seeking to expand their professional networks, and secure higher-profile engagements.

Following on from the summit – The Speaker Awards take place on the evening of the 5th of July and were created to recognise excellence and spotlight the incredible impact speakers are making in the world.

Our April Speaker Book of the Month is “The Upside of Disruption: The Path to Leading and Thriving in the Unknown” by Terence Mauri.

In The Upside of Disruption: The Path To Leading and Thriving in the Unknown, renowned disruption thinker and best-selling author Terence Mauri delivers a compelling set of mindset shifts for today’s unique leadership challenges. In the book, you’ll find the future-ready insights and tools you need to lead for today and prepare your organization for tomorrow.

With the constantly increasing importance of digital in both our work and personal lives, cyber security is now critically important for us all.

We work with a range of speakers that can either help to manage threats to your cyber security, including some speakers who talk on their own personal experience of cyber-attacks and those who have carried them out,- who now talk on how to stop others from doing the same.
