We are delighted to have added a number of new speakers to our site recently and in specific very pleased to welcome –
- Stef Sword-Williams – a TEDx speaker, founder, and author of F*ck Being Humble
- Katy Ashworth – TV presenter and Singer and keynote speaker on childrens mental health
- Naila Kiani – A leading Pakistani female mountaineer and inspirational speaker and is the only female climber in Pakistan and MENA to have summited 11 peaks above 8000 meters.

Stef Sword-Williams is a TEDx speaker, founder, and author of F*ck Being Humble—an empowering movement and consultancy dedicated to inspiring individuals to embrace their achievements unapologetically and conquer the fear of self-promotion.

Katy Ashworth is an Actress, TV presenter and Singer and keynote speaker on childrens mental health.
She has been a household name in the UK and worldwide for appearing on the BAFTA award winning children’s tv channel CBeebies since 2009 as the host of I Can Cook, presenting daily links in the CBeebies House, appearances on Justin’s House, Blue Peter, CBeebies Proms and multiple CBeebies Christmas shows including Aladdin and Strictly Cinderella.
More recently she has been speaking in schools about coercive behaviour and healthy relationships off the back of her own personal experience of domestic abuse. She also delivers talks to young people and parents on resilience.
Since leaving CBeebies in 2022 Katy has decided to go back to University and pursue her passion for children’s mental health by completing a postgraduate degree in Play Therapy. She is also a passionate speaker on this topic and the children’s mental health crisis here in the UK. Speakign topics include –
“Healthy relationships” – This talk is specifically for secondary aged children. Katy talks candidly about some of her experience of domestic abuse and highlights the red flags that to look out for when starting a new relationship, further more she touches on the ways in which you can support someone and support yourself through abuse, leave an abusive relationship and recover.
“Play Connection” – This talk is specifically aimed at full time working parents. As a full time working and part time studying single mum with no financial support Katy has struggled with difficult behaviour from her children as a result of her schedule and their lack of connection with her. In this talk she speaks candidly about her mistakes and her experience of understanding true connection and play through her experience as a play therapist and a parent and how we can create true
Naila Kiani is the leading Pakistani female mountaineer and inspirational speaker and is the only female climber in Pakistan and MENA to have summited 11 peaks above 8000 meters.
Naila has now summited Everest, K2, Nanga Parbat, Broad Peak, Lhotse, Annapurna, Gasherbrum-I, Gasherbrum-II, Manaslu, Cho Oyu and Makalu. She is the third Pakistan overall to climb 11 peaks. Naila is also the fastest Pakistani climber to have summited 11 x 8000ers in under three years of starting mountaineering. She is one of the 10 climbers in the world who have climbed multiple (7+) peaks above 8000 meters in less than 6 months in 2023
Naila’s mantra is that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. She encourages others to dream big and believe in themselves, irrespective of the life phase they are in.
She speaks on the challenge of embarking on such feats and the dual role of navigating the ups and downs of parenthood at the same time.
