Her sessions work in keynote sessions but is frequently asked to do longer workshop sessions and has recently sent over to us some of the details of her longer workshop sessions
Workshop 1:
Taking Back Control is a training session to help your team better understand how they manage stress and what impact that has on their health, productivity, and performance (at work and at home), and what they can do about it.
It’s broken down into three modules:
Module 1: Mitigating Stress
This is looking specifically at how we experience stress. We look at the impact stress has on our physical and mental health and resilience and start looking at how we can start creating habits to ensure we can either avoid stress or create a healthy foundation to manage it.
Module 2: Stop Stress Hijacking You
This is all about how we react to stress. We will take your team through exercises to help them understand the difference between pressure. We will also help them understand how to prevent stress from overwhelming them.
Module 3: The Resilience Framework
This is where we look at how to manage stress when it does arise. We will take your team through the resilience framework that will look at how to manage stress more effectively and therefore build resilience.
We will provide exercises that your team can use either at work or at home when they find themselves in stressful situations.
By the end of the training session, your team will know how to:
- Spot signs of stress in themselves
- Know how to create habits to mitigate stress
- How to work well under pressure without tipping over into stress
- Develop stress management tools so they can quickly get out of stress without it overwhelming them
- Build up resilience in an ever-stressful world
The workshop is completely engaging and gets them actively involved. The workshop is broken down into three hours. Which can either be done in three intervals or it can be done within a half day.
Number of people: 15-20 people/ workshop
Workshop 2:
Burnout Intervention Training For Managers and Team Leaders
Building confidence within your managers and team leaders in supporting their teams in times of stress and uncertainty.
Module 1: Knowing the signs
We want your leaders to feel confident in being able to spot the signs of stress and burnout. We will take your leaders through all the stages of burnout, what the signs are in each stage, and how they can intervene.
Module 2: Prevention is the way forward
Once you and your leaders know the signs of stress and burnout and know how to intervene at the different stages, we’re going to look at what the potential root causes are. Intervention is great, but prevention is always better.
Your leaders will be able to look at their team and see what the root causes are and what they can do to either remove (preferably) or at least mitigate the impact.
Module 3: Developing a high-performing team (minus the stress and burnout)
And finally, we will look at how your leaders can continuously keep building a team that’s unshakable, productive, and engaged under any circumstance.
By the end of the training session, your leadership team will know how to:
- How leaders can effectively manage stress
- How to spot the signs of stress, burnout, or poor mental health within teams and how to intervene
- How to lead with empathy
- How to build transparent communication (without causing stress)
Number of people: 15-20 people/ workshop
