Emma Campbell is an author and podcast host known on Instagram as Limitless Em and a speaker on resilience, overcoming adversity and the menopause.
Emma has over 66,000 followers on Instagram where she shares aspects of the incredible journey she’s been on as a long term cancer survivor, single mum of teenage triplets and so much more. She is known for her honesty, vulnerability and open hearted approach to life and passionately believes that we all have limitless potential despite the challenges we may face. She offers hope to thousands of women in the breast cancer community who are all at different points in their cancer experiences and has learnt to celebrate a body that has been through so much whilst excepting that she will remain on cancer treatment for life.
Emma’s first book ‘All That Followed – a story of cancer, kids and the fear of leaving too soon ’was published by Mirror Books in October 2018 with Sunday Times best-selling author Clover Stroud describing the book as –

Menopause – What I wish I’d known about a medically induced menopause
Emma went through a medically induced menopause in 2015 following her third cancer diagnosis. She had no idea what to expect, there was little or no information on offer and she found herself suffering from depression, anxiety, severe brain fog and subsequent loss of confidence as result of the ‘overnight’ change to her hormone levels.
