Scamp Solutions Merges with Shoot the Company

We are excited to announce that our content agency, Scamp Solutions, has merged with the award-winning film production agency Shoot the Company, appointing our Founder Sara Butler as Managing Director. As a trusted partner to some of the biggest names in sport and business, Shoot the Company brings a unique, collaborative and creative culture to projects with clients such as UEFA, Barclays and McDonald’s.

“Shoot the Company has been working on innovative and award-winning diversity and inclusion campaigns for 15 years” said Sara Butler. “I’m delighted to have joined the team to continue producing films that champion the people making a difference, wherever they work. As specialists at filming in an honest, unscripted style, Shoot the Company’s films get to the heart of issues. By showing unsung heroes in the workplace, they inspire audiences to make changes and work together to make a difference.”

Some recent examples of work include –

A film made as an ongoing part of Barclays This is Me campaign that celebrates each employee being able to bring their whole selves to work. Filmed at offices and branches this film showcases the Barclays colleagues who are proud to say, ‘This is Me’.

Commissioned by UEFA, “Outraged” is an award-winning feature length documentary, tackling discrimination in football. Exploring themes such as racism, homophobia, sexism and refugee inclusion, it features high profile talent such as Paul Pogba and Megan Rapinoe.
