NEIL EDGE

Athlete, Speaker, Coach. Neil Edge is an ultra-endurance athlete and mental performance coach and motivational speaker. Neil has faced and conquered immense physical and mental challenges, including a battle with cancer. His resilience and determination have become the cornerstone of his approach to coaching and leadership.

Neil draws on his personal journey to help organisations and leaders optimise their minds for success. By focusing on mental strength, he teaches how to prevent burnout, stress, and fatigue, rather than merely coping with them. Neil’s strategies empower individuals to become more resilient, adaptable, and innovative.

EMMA HENDERSON

Watching the Space Shuttle Enterprise touch down at Stansted airport on the back of a Boeing 747, aged ten, was the moment Emma Henderson decided that she wanted to fly. What she didn’t know then was that she would go on to become one of fewer than 500 female airline captains in the world, flying passenger jets for one of Europe’s largest airlines.

Working in a high-pressured, male-dominated environment she had to learn patience and resilience; she juggled flight training with life as a military (RAF) wife, raising three young children and living across the world from family and friends.

Now Emma inspire audiences across the world, sharing her stories of leadership, resilience, decision making and wellbeing, offering audiences across the world the strategies, behaviours and inspiration to break through challenges to reach their full potential.

ADAM PACIFICO

Adam Pacifico is a Leadership Speaker and a qualified barrister, former police officer, author, opinion columnist and host of the globally ranked, award winning podcast The Leadership Enigma.

With the continuing increase of AI development, chaotic world changes and rapid business transformations, the Human Being is now the most powerful asset we have. Adam Pacifico is a global leader on how Human Centred Leadership is now a superpower for leaders and their organisations. Adam will draw from his experiences as a trial lawyer, operational detective on covert squads and having worked with the leadership teams of numerous Fortune and FTSE companies. He will also draw from over 150,000 data points from his book ‘The Leader’s Secret Code” and over 200 interviews from his award-winning podcast ‘The Leadership Enigma’.
