Leadership & Cultural Change Speaker

Javier Bajer is Cultural Architect and is a speaker on leadership and cultural change, having spent the last 20 years helping organisations change old habits, and allowing their new strategies to work.

Javier Bajer was part founder and Chief Executive of The Talent Foundation and a former Senior Executive at Accenture in London. His clients have ranged from leading PLCs, such as HSBC, but also governmental organisations such as Buckingham Palace, to the City of Buenos Aires.

With a PhD in Behavioural Change and an MSc in Neurosciences, Javier looks at both theoretical and practical understandings of what makes people engage and behave in certain ways and creates and shapes award winning strategies that have produced change in record times.

He is an active fellow of the RSA, the Editor-in-Chief for Strategic HR Review, a professor of culture change at Universidad de San Andrés, and a Visiting Fellow of the Business School at the University of Surrey.

Javier reads his audience well and quickly engages with them to think outside the box, not only about their organisations but also about themselves. People are left with an urge to act right after the event.

SPEAKING TOPICS

Javier speaks on authentic leadership, accelerating cultural change, and more including –

Digital Ready: Right Technology – but need the Right Mindset to embrace it
Profit on purpose: meaning that makes money
Lead between the lines: a leadership attitude for everyone
Beyond sticks and carrots: engaging today’s workforce

** Javier most recent presentation is in relation to the coronavirus pandemic – OUT OF OFFICE REINVENTED.

In the speech Javier looks how everything we have taken for granted from how we work to why we do it has been challenged. Organisations and Communities need to (re)build themselves on cultures where they “Profit on Purpose”. Work has to become an integral part of our lives, and ‘out of office’ should no longer mean disengaged. Instead, being out of office should mean that we feel free and happy to make a difference
